We do not use passport information, government identification numbers, payment-card information, or consumer health data for targeted advertising.

We operate as an independent travel agency within WorldVia Travel Network. Information may be processed through or provided to our host agency and booking partners when necessary to research, reserve, document, account for, or support travel services.
Travel suppliers

- Tour operators;
- Destination management companies;
- Rail companies;
- Ground-transportation companies;
- Private guides;
- Excursion and activity providers;
- Travel-insurance or travel-assistance providers;

- Other travel providers involved in your requested trip.
Travel suppliers may process information under their own privacy notices and legal requirements.
Business and technology service providers

In Short: Our travel-planning services are provided to adults, but travel arrangements may include children.
We do not knowingly market our services directly to children under 13 or knowingly solicit personal information directly from them through our website.
When a parent, legal guardian, or other authorized adult asks us to arrange travel for a minor, we may process information about that minor that is reasonably necessary to make or manage the requested travel arrangements.

Where applicable law permits an authorized agent to submit a request for you, we may require verification of the agent’s authority and your identity.
We will respond in accordance with applicable privacy law.
11. U.S. STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS
In Short: Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional privacy rights when the applicable state privacy law applies to Jess Peterman Travel or the particular processing activity.
California
California’s Online Privacy Protection Act requires certain disclosures concerning commercial websites that collect personally identifiable information from California consumers.

Nevada residents may submit a verified request directing an operator not to make a sale of covered information as “sale” is defined by applicable Nevada privacy law.
Jess Peterman Travel does not currently sell covered information for monetary consideration as defined by that law.

Residents of other states
Privacy laws in a growing number of states provide rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, sensitive information, targeted advertising, sale of personal information, profiling, or appeals.

12. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK AND PRIVACY PREFERENCE SIGNALS
Some browsers and devices allow users to transmit a “Do Not Track” signal.
Because there is not currently a single universally accepted standard governing legacy Do-Not-Track signals, our website may not respond to those signals.
Certain jurisdictions separately require covered businesses to recognize qualifying universal opt-out mechanisms or preference signals for activities such as targeted advertising, sale, or sharing of personal information.
