Jess Peterman LLC, DBA Jess Peterman Travel, is an independently owned travel agency affiliated with WorldVia Travel Network.

Jess Peterman Travel provides professional travel planning, advisory, booking, and trip-management services.

Depending on the travel arrangement, reservations and payments may be processed through WorldVia Travel Network, a booking partner, or directly by the applicable travel supplier.

Jess Peterman Travel is not the direct provider of transportation, cruises, lodging, tours, excursions, insurance, or other travel services provided by independent third-party suppliers.

2. WEBSITE INFORMATION IS GENERAL INFORMATION

In Short: Website content is intended to help you learn about destinations, travel options, and our services. It is not a confirmed reservation or individualized travel advice.

The Website may include destination information, cruise information, supplier descriptions, sample itineraries, hotel or tour recommendations, travel tips, pricing examples, blog posts, guides, comparisons, and other travel-related information.

In Short: We help plan and arrange travel. The actual travel services are performed by independent suppliers.

Jess Peterman Travel does not own, operate, manage, or control these suppliers.

Passenger contracts;
Conditions of carriage;
Health and safety requirements;
Documentation requirements; and

Those terms may differ from the terms governing your relationship with Jess Peterman Travel.

Nothing on this Website changes or overrides the terms imposed by a travel supplier.

5. NO CLIENT RELATIONSHIP FROM WEBSITE USE ALONE

Visiting the Website, reading Website content, subscribing to communications, submitting a general inquiry, or scheduling an introductory consultation does not by itself create a formal travel-advisor/client relationship.

A client relationship is established when we agree to provide travel-planning or booking services and you accept any applicable client agreement, planning terms, booking terms, fees, or other required documentation.
